I ordered a macrame swing and paid in advance via credit card and was promised delivery in 15 days . I had to chase them for over a month to finally get the swing which was not the one I ordered. Once again had to go on calling and messaging them with them promised using to replace it. But they never did . They stopped answering my messages or calls and even changed their number. Finally when I threatened to take legal action they replied to my message saying they will replace it but with no timeline. Basically never going to replace it ever. Lying and deliberately deceiving customers. Now, they are refusing to once again answer or replace it . Pure deception and harassment. Don't advise anyone to purchase or deal with them.
