I would give 0 stars if I could. They sent me something I didn’t order and charged me £200 for the privilege.
Not they don’t respond to any form of contact. They have no phone support and no email support. Only helpesk tickets that they don’t respond to. It’s not even that big of an error they’ve made, I made a pre order but then changed my mind. They sent the stuff anyway and charged me without contacting me and now I can’t even raise a simple return to get my money back. They just stay silent and snark back on Facebook messenger.
I don’t know if this entire operation is a scam but they don’t appear to take customer service seriously and charge cards without permission.
Avoid them. Just use Amazon, at least if something goes wrong they will sort it.
