I back-ordered a PS5 with Shopto, which they cancelled, claiming there were two going to my address.
This is categorically not true, so they most likely either made a mistake or are making excuses because they ran out of stock.
Dreadful experience, and I now have a complete lack of trust in this company and won't be ordering from them again.
To make matters worse, when I posted this on trustpilot, ShopTo flagged it as "illegal or abusive" (which it is neither).
