Not just rude but NASTY customer service.
Please don't ignore the one star reviews, ShopTo are simply awful to deal with and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked to cancel an order politely on the phone and the man I spoke to was so nasty he reduced me to tears. They refuse to send you your money back, belittle you and ignore any complaints.
