Please if you have not Tried to claim your money back from Shoptora ,cartbright (eurotexsell) you must ring your bank straight away (Disputes)and if it’s 15days after your money went from your card you can claim as they have to give 15day period to refund or send goods of which doesn’t happen but that’s the time you have to give them I have one more week from my disputes claim with my bank of which I should receive a refund I will update on here if I get my refund ,the whole process will take thirty days If my bank refund me my money that I paid out on the 8th of November ,but it might be quicker if you have paid shoptora ,cartbright by credit card but I paid by debit card as iv heard you can chargeback funds ?
