This extra review shows what I have recieved from shoptora on the 14th November 19 , and as in photo the refund did not arrive by the 28th November as stated so how can they report reviews on trust pilot saying we have been scammed I paid for an item on the 8th November 19 clearly I am not going to get a refund or goods from this terrible company (shoptora ,shopora whatever there calling themselves, the only way I will get my refund will be from my bank
