I am finally getting my refund of £52.33 that I paid to shoptora on the 8th November after realising something was wrong rang my bank Disputes and was told I had to wait 14days then if no refund or goods ring back Disputes which I did in the 23rd of November then I waited until the 7th December and rang my bank as no refund but I have been told the refund will be in my bank Monday the 9th December this process has been a month and I’m finally at the end of that ,please do not wait 15-20 days to report to disputes as could be to late and then they can’t refund you I hope everyone is successful and recieve there refund as this has been a stressful and this hopefully will not happen to many more people as the reviews are helpful as I didn’t know anything about this company until I read the reviews sadly after I made the payment to shoptora (eurotexsell) France !
