Received my chargeback refund from my bank today so as long as you report to your bank which I did on the day I made the payment to eurotexsell (shoptora) 8th nov then disputes /fraud then you have to wait 15days to give the company chance to refund or send goods then I rang my bank on the 23rd November as no goods or refund which I expected as it clearly was a scam ,then I finally got my chargeback payment this morning 10th may , so from what I can gather is don’t wait 15 -20 days from payment to eurotexsell to recieve goods or refund as could be to late to dispute as that’s how they get you ,as soon as I read the Awful reviews I rang my bank to start this process it’s been about 28 working days to get my refund from these crooks shoptora (eurotexsell) I hope everyone gets there refund to ,with determination and patience you will to ,I have learnt my lesson if it sounds to good to be true it is ....
