It's been 6 weeks ago since I placed my order for steam iron every day they tell lie after lie that's it on the way they give me bogous tracking number then it's been lost then what s the name I made order and so then do want refund I said then I need to wait 14 days for the refund now it's been 14 days now they say I need to wait 14 working days which will be this Thursday then they will come with another lie I don't understand why the French authoritys don't put these fraudulent crooks in jail for fraud.
