I ordered an item, it never arrived, so I emailed them, they asked for me to confirm my order number (which I had already provided them in the email, oh and you can only email them via the their web page email form, their other email does not work). Two days later I asked me to confirm the name I ordered under? Strangely the email they sent to me had my full name in it. I have contacted the credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
