I placed an order on 4/3/23 of which was cancelled by shout factory. I received no notification of the cancellation and only realized it days later when i logged into the website to check the status. I never received notification of the cancellation and i was not credited the cost. It was only after i contacted my credit company and filed a compliant about this that i received a credit and notification that the order was cancelled. This process took nearly 2 weeks from the time the order was placed and subsequently cancelled. I have been inquiring weekly as to why this occurred but have yet to hear back from the company. This comes after receiving multiple damaged items from them in the fall of 2022 which required replacements. Because i was excited for the Creepshow release I opted to give them another chance in hopes their customer service and QA had improved... clearly not.
