You guys make it so easy to shop on your website and the few titles I have ordered came fast. The only complaints I have is when I ordered all 4 volumes of Beetleborgs they came so out of order and one at a time I couldn't start watching until the last one, Volume 1, arrived. I enjoyed watching them once I got them all. I had also preordered Digimon Adventure tri. Reunion, fantastic dub, and the only real problem I had was getting the lithograph out of the tube since it was so tight. Other than those minor inconveniences I've had a good experience with your website, shipping and products being of good quality.
