Shout factory is the only release company I buy from directly because of the pre-order extras. The site is easy to navigate and I can quickly jump to the new release section. I've never had a problem finding what I've bee looking for from Shout. Their shipping practices have improved dramatically and are very reliable. My only complaint is the infrequency/rarity of promo codes for orders
