I've only bought a few things from Shout! Factory (Zyuranger, Power Rangers 8-12, all 4 volumes of Beetleborgs, both Digimon tri. releases, Transformers Japanese Collection, Megaranger and Fargo along with some stuff for my dad to give at christmas) and the stuff comes fast, usually a couple days around the release date or within the week if not a pre-order, and I've had no problem with stuff arriving broken or defective. Plan on staying a loyal customer in the future and will try to dip my toes into the Scream Factory terrain, but only after getting the stuff I love from my childhood.
