They restrict your account for no reason and then proceed to ignore you when you email their support email.
Their website is also very outdated bordering on useless and impractical, (they're clearly still living in 2005!)
Shpocks numberbase is low and it's no wonder when they're banning anyone and everyone who uses their platform!. Stick with Vinted and Ebay (or Freegle and Freecycle)
