Zero stars deserved. Sold an item, used my own courier, item delivered and signed for. Schpock decided to cancel the sale and refund the buyer because I didn't use their courier (I would imagine it's for this reason because they haven't actually acknowledged any of my emails). Tracking has been provided, I have sent several emails and they haven't even had the courtesy to reply. Saying that, the buyer is no better - they know they've been refunded and have my item and haven't contacted me to offer to pay. This is only the second thing I've sold on their site and I should have learned after the first. I posted the item tracked, the item was received but because the buyer didn't confirm this I had to go begging to Schpock for them to release my money. Shocking website, shocking customer service, will report to action fraud.
