I lost £300 for some items in one transaction. My bad, I used bank transfer, however on further investigation, it was perfectly obvious that this was a fraudster (many Shpock accounts, different emails, but same M.O. and EXACTLY the same 'texts' within ads).
As an I.T. person, I could EASILY identify such fraudsters - with only the info that we as users can see, as Shpock admin - they have so much more info. that can be checked.
Shpock didn't care, and don't care. Completely unprofessional.
