We bought some sandals for my husband which came quickly and were just what he wanted and good quality. I ordered some mules but the wrong ones were sent in the wrongly described size. But I was able to contact Customer Services who supplied a free returns label, let me know when they had received them back and have just let me know that they have refunded what I paid for them. So a good prompt returns service.
