Purchased a pair of Gatsby Brogues from Shuperb - wore once and the heel starting coming away - returned and offered a replacement or refund - requested replacement which didn't arrive - next communications they were going to get repaired which I wasn't happy with so asked for refund which they said they would look into - called this morning to receive very poor customer service and was told I was contradicting myself. Requested to speak to a manager but was refused. Despite the fact that I returned them over two weeks ago - they are refusing a refund which is quite within my rights. Avoid if you want good customer service and efficiency.
