After buying a different style of boots by cipriata from shuperb which fitted perfectly I decided to buy these in the same size (7) but unfortunately they were too small and had to be returned and a larger size ordered (8) which were fine, not sure why the difference when they are the same size, same manufacturer but the return was hassle free (pre ordered returns label) and the new boots arrived promptly, so overall pleased with the boots and the service.
