The returns system is deliberately difficult as it involves a number of activities and penalises those who do not have access to a printer. The link to the Royal Mail website to access a prepaid label didn't work so will need to pay. Why a prepaid label could not have been included with the invoice, is a mystery. Will not be buying from this company again.
