Sorted it all out eventually but a bit of a faff. I ordered my boots on Amazon but was sent the wrong size. So I returned them and initially asked for a refund and said I would reorder. I then discovered they had increased the price on Amazon by £8 so requested a replacement instead. I never got this, just the refund. But looking on Mud Dogs own site I found the boots to be the original price so I reordered from there. I got them eventually but with no help from anyone following their original mistake.
