The boots are fine (subject to fitting the recipient at Christmas) as was the delivery but when I opened the undamaged bag I found that the box was badly torn. This must have been knowingly packed in this condition which I don't think is right. Suppose I return them, what's to say you won't say that they are unacceptable due to the condition of the box. A note inside the box about the damage would have been the least you could do.
