I was surprised to be asked to write a review of my experience with Shuperb as I have already reviewed it but was never published. In a nutshell - my order never arrived - the customer service person I dealt with was James. His idea of customer service was to ignore emails I sent to him until I finally phoned him about my undelivered item. His idea of customer service was to recommend I knocked on people's doors to ask if my order was with them. Well it's not my idea of customer service. His patronising manner and couldn't care less attitude compounded the situation. James - find yourself another job - you are wasted there. Maybe the customer service department at Ryanair would welcome someone of your stature.
