I am very very upset by your correspondence with me about my Josef Seidel ankle boots. These boots arrived with me on Thursday the 27th of February. I tried them on in my own home for approximately 10 minutes and found that they were not comfortable. I sent them back to you on Saturday 29th of February. I have proof of posting. I enclosed a letter and asked for my money back. I then received an email from you to say that you could not reimburse me because they showed signs of wear. This is utterly ridiculous. How could they be showing signs of wear in 10 minutes? I would like my money back immediately. Thank you. Mollie Martin.
