Very, very disappointed ! Ordered item on 1/11/15, wrong item despatched, and reported by phone, also email photo of error. Customer service declined an immediate replacement, until return product was received . Return was despatched 7/11/15, and to date still no info. on delivery of correct order. I can understand the occasional stock picking error, but the customer service in correcting this is appalling. You need to get your priorities right. Brian Rule.
