I was absolutely appalled by Shuperb's service. I made a purchase that required an international delivery. The whole process was very misleading & resulted in unnecessary delays. The price clearly stated that delivery was included; only to receive another email requesting £10 on top of what was already paid.
The assistant spoke to some manager who said I could pay half i.e £5. Till now we haven't received our delivery which was completed on 05/11/15 and was meant to take about 10 days the most.
I would use this company with applied caution in future
