As I didn't hear the doorbell, I had to collect my parcel from the Sorting office. I went up to do this and found they were closed.
I returned and finally got the parcel. Just as well I thought to take ID because even if you have the note the Postman left, I would have been unable to collect the goods, but hey you can't be too careful.
Had I been refused because of ID I wouldn't have bothered with another collection because as you know petrol has gone up and the nearest place is about 3/4 miles away in a car and time consuming.
