Ease of purchasing and return = 10/10 Customer Service = 2/10 I returned my shoes because they were a size too big on the 13th of Nov, it was delivered back to shuperb on the 16th. I heard nothing, so on the 23rd of Nov I emailed asking for an update. I received a short email back asking if I'd like a replacement (no apology for the delay) I responded saying yes, i want size 8. Then I get no response back whatsoever. I called them on the 26th of Nov and asked for an update. I was told they have had delays and the replacement should be dispatched "sometime this week" - so no guarantee. Subsequently cancelled order and asked for refund. Lets see if that goes smoothly! Disappointed.
