What wasn't reasonable is the messing around their chosen courier company gave me considering I live in central London. Ordered on a Monday, dispatched Tuesday...finally delivered on Sunday. Between not showing up at all twice in the delivery windows they gave me, and then showing up un-announced 2 days later to deliver the item, this has truly put a rude dampener on my experience.
