When I received the package, It wasn't enclosed in a larger box and I'm positive I didn't get a packing slip. I emailed to inquire about an exchange, as instructed by the one slip of paper I got, and I was told I'd have to buy another pair of shoes, then maybe I would get a return??? I hoped for better treatment.
