Shoes were lovely but didn't fit so need to return. The reason for the lower star rating is that I paid for next day delivery well within the time requested but it didn't arrive until the day after. The tracking shows that, depsite the dispatch email during the afternoon, it didn't actually reach the postal service until 8pm which is too late for next day delivery.
