The reason I gave a VERY POOR was because I am not aware of fully completing this order, although I am happy to accept it? The reason you will know by now is because I sent an immediate email to you ,[Please check] a box appeared on my screen asking me for details of my Alliance and Leicester Credit Card. ie Password? No way will I give this out and to compound the problem Alliance and Leicester no longer trade and my account is with Santander. I am visiting Santander today and informing them of this occurrance and also trust you will investigate this abnomilly? In conclusion, if you wish I can send you a copy of the offending box, but you will have to allow the facillity for me to do this?
