Shoes a very bad fit, one bigger than the other. I have 4 pairs and know they are usually a good fit. Emailed a picture to customer services, they now require a picture of the soles to try and help me? I literally tried them on in my kitchen!!! One was so tight I couldnt walk in them. Very slow at getting back to me. In no hurry to rectify this. All I want is a replacement pair.
