Second time in row stupid careless and crap dispatch staff send me the deffective torned boots, and jobsworth customer service staff refused to collect deffective boots to exchange, so I had to leave my work for 2hours to go home pick defective pair of boots then go to internet cafe to print the return label then went to post office to send back. It is very ridiculous for me to suffer because of utterly irresponsible, stupid behavior of dispatch staff and customer service staff. Never ever going to buy anything from shuperb again and will tell others not to buy anything from shuperb
