Purchased two pairs of boots, which did not arrive as quickly as I thought, once they did I was very disappointed, one pair were not leather, even though they were clearly advertised as such, the other pair were also wrongly advertised, as they were one size too small, even though they were clearly stamped with my normal size.
Upon return, I complained that I should not be charged any return costs, which apply to sale items, due to misleading website descriptions, but fell on deaf ears, clear case of "Computer says nooo" syndrome.......................
