The shoes arrived promptly and were as described. Information about returning the shoes was missing from the parcel but as I decided to keep the shoes this did not matter. However I was disappointed to find that, had I wanted to make a return, I would have had to pay the return postage - the website advertises free returns so this is somewhat misleading.
