The return policy is vague and misleading. I ordered shoes that turned out to be too large - a failure of the companies (Gucinari and Shuperb) to translate their UK sizes to the US standard sizes. Even though the error was theirs, they wanted all shipping, my return and theirs to be at my expense. Companies that evade responsibility for their errors and push the consequences back on their consumers do not deserve to be patronized.
