Advised that shoes had been sent via Royal Mail. Didn't arrive. Contacted and advised that they must be lost. New parcel señor and would arrive by Monday or Tuesday. Next day advised further problem shoes in box are wrong size and that they had no further supply of my shoes in stock. Offered suede shoe instead of soft leather (????!!!!!)
