The only problem I have is with the sizing. I can walk into Clarks shop and their normal size 12 which is a G fitting is OK for me. Your size 12 with a wide fitting I could not even get onto my foot, despite another reviewer saying they were a large size 12.
Returns system is good, with a quick refund.
