Delivery was good but sadly shoes didn't fit so product description is not great. The order process online was a bit clunky and I expected to get a free returns label but after many attempts of trying to place the order the free label didn't materialise. I hoped this wouldn't be needed as we hoped the shoes would be a perfect fit but sadly they weren't and now we have to pay for the return which is annoying and disappointing. Can't fully rate the company yet as return hasn't been processed.
