Purchased a pair of patent leather shoes and received a pair of suede shoes with the website showing that my initially chosen pair was no longer available. Funny thing though all my paperwork confirmed what i purchased leading me to think it was deliberate. The returns procedure seems like the Spanish inquisition, having to complete some lengthy web form, very disappointed. Hating all the hassle i kept the shoes but each day i remember my £30 stolen from me. Totally unfair company and i will not be returning with my customer. I made the first and last mistake of dealing with these people.
