I've returned a pair of shoes which were too big to be exchanged for a smaller size clearly stating that I was going on holiday on 22/3/16. The shoes were posted to Superb on Friday, 11/3/16 and were received by Shuperb as I got an email confirmation. As no news were forthcoming, I've sent an email on Saturday, 19/3/16 stating that I was going on holiday and if the shoes don't reach me by 22/3/16, they cancel the transaction. Well, I received no notification as yet and hope the shoes wont be delivered after this date as no one will be at home to accept for another month. Very disappointing as I really wanted these shoes for my holiday
