After 2 weeks waiting on my order to arrive I contacted the Customer Service, by e-mail, to ask if said order had been dispatched yet.
I received a reply telling me my "parcel was lost when it was dispatched", how did they know that and why was I not contacted to inform me of a delay?
I was also told one of the items in my order was out of stock and I could either wait on it being re-ordered or if I had another colour preference they would send that instead.
Sorry, but that sounds to me as if my order has been overlooked/forgotten and intelligence insulting excuses have been given.
A very disappointing and sub-standard service.
Oh, my order is still in Limbo.
