I bought 3 pair a cheap pair black brochure shoe didn't like we're like thick cardboard. Purchased a pair of wide fitting work shoes but in a size 5 thinking bigger than my usual size 4 with Velcro fastening but they were too tight and were not wide enough or big enough. The third pair was a pair of Velcro trainer shoe and were ever wide fitting in a size 4 they are the most comfortable trainers I've had I wore them strait away didn't hurt a bit anywhere.
