I would have given a five but for a couple of issues that you need to address. I contacted your customer services before I ordered as when buying Dessert Boots from other companies, have had to buy one size smaller, they first replied then if they were Roamers then to do the same. I contacted again as I had not said the boots before were Roamers and asked if other customers had stated if they needed to buy a size smaller. No clear indication received but was told boots could be returned free of charge and new size sent free of charge. This is very good, but the time and effort spent returning these and waiting for a new pair does not warrant an excellent review. I would rather get the correct size boot in the first place and I'm sure your company can ill afford this cost each time a simple question is asked but not really answered. I hope to use your site again as it is very competitive, but do not want a repeat of items going back and forth and so suggest you retrain your customer service staff to think outside the box and if still unsure, then just ask senior management. I hope this criticism is constructive as it is only meant to make your company even better. Thank you.
