I was disapointed in that we have placed two separate orders, oone for my wife and one for me. Call us old fashioned, but we have always used UK sizes. Shuperb use a conversion factor that results in the foot-ware being too small. This then costs a postal charge in each case to exchange.
To be fair, Schuperbs delivery was quick and they have allowed my recent exchange due to being too small to be charge free.
