The boots came quickly and I liked them. I normally take a size 10 but occasionally an 11 so I ordered 10. They were small and didn't fit so i sent them back promptly. I heard nothing for 3 weeks and then decisded to chase them up. The new boots arrived after another week making about 5 weeks for the transaction. other than that I like the boots and am happy with them so far.
