Ordered a pair of shoe trees, size 9 which was confirmed and I receive the despatch confirmation the next few days.
On the day when the product should have arrived I get a call saying that when they dispatched the product they found a size 10 inside. Had to go for refund which was fairly quick but it is still a mistery how the ordered was confirmed for delivery yet they somehow discovered the wrong item
