I ordered a pair of boots and paid for express delivery. Sent on Wednesday but did not arrive until Saturday even though I was assured 24/48 hour time.
Requested a refund because of the lateness of the delivery and they've still not refunded me. Staff were polite but fairly unhelpful.
Left feeling like I will not be buying from these people again.
